El presente trabajo procura, partiendo desde una teoría que reafirma la existencia del Derecho Internacional en la Antigüedad, identificar en República de Platón distintos elementos y conceptos en el diseño de la ciudad-estado utópica que den cuenta de la presencia de regulaciones interestatales en el Mundo Antiguo.
