Abstract

The analysis of labor law could begin with the question of who works and why. The responses to said inquiry, primarily of a subjective nature, inevitably lead back to an objective field: the free work. Freedom of work that is resized towards the relationship of dependency that inevitably limits it. This relationship of dependency, whose mutations are manifested in successive changes in the way of working, imposes the necessary protective legal response that justifies the existence of labor law and its mutations in line with changes in economy and working.
