El presente ensayo desarrolla un análisis exhaustivo sobre la posibilidad de creación de una Corte Mundial de Derechos Humanos, en el contexto internacional actual. En él se evalúan los objetivos y el posible rol de un tribunal de tales características, y se expone mi opinión contraria con respecto a su establecimiento, en virtud de que dicha Corte no logra superar las falencias de los sistemas de derechos humanos existentes, pues, al igual que ellos, depende del consentimiento de Estados y entidades para ratificar su Estatuto y aceptar su jurisdicción.
