Sistemas de armas letales autónomas: ¿un riesgo que vale la pena tomar?
Keywords:

One of the most heated debates that have taken place the last years in the bosom of the International Community is related to the future of lethal autonomous weapon systems. The main concern that these weapons raise is given by the uncertainty regarding its ability to completely observe not only International Humanitarian Law but also basic principles of International Human Rights Law. Through the arguments put forward by the proponents as well as the opponents of the development and/or employment of these weapons, my aim in this paper is to analyze the advantages and the risks that they entail and, finally, to make an assessment of them.
