Abstract

This work presents a study of generational contract. Firstly, the elements of generational protection are outlined through the comparison between different regulations. Then, the author delimitates the scope and measure of those elements. After the basics for the theoretical framework are established, the author analyzes the problem within the constitutional State and sketches different projections and perspectives of generational constitutional law.
