Aspectos constitucionales y culturales del derecho comunitario.

Abstract

This writing addresses some issues of Community Law. In the first place, the basic features of such legal system are dealt with. Then, their scope is analyzed; in particular the precedence principle, as well as the relationship thereof with constitutional regulations of some European Union member States. Furthermore, some decisions of the European Union judicial authority and some constitutional courts are examined. Finally, some thoughts are introduced, concerning the need to go beyond a mere regulation-based analysis in order to better understand the lack of correlation between community regulations and those of each State.
