In this article an analysis will be presented about some aspects related with the metaphysics of Macedonio Fernandez and Arthur Schopenhauer on the basis of certain similarities and differences with Kantian metaphysical conception based on phenomenon and noumenon. In this context, this work will seek to demonstrate that Macedonio diverged, in his metaphysic, with the subject-object duality, developed by Immanuel Kant, on which Arthur Schopenhauer has based his work The world as will and representation. Finally, there will be an attempt on performing a preliminary comparison of the political philosophies of both authors, with an emphasis on the influence that their respective philosophical theories had in their theories about the State. In this sense, this work will try to show the influence that the emancipation of the subject-object distinction could have had in the macedonian transit from a conception of a liberal State to an anarchist one.
