Abstract

This paper deals with the situation of girls who come into contact, as accused, victims or witnesses, with the justice system. It points out the deficit of a robust corpus iuris regarding the rights of the girls, as well as the difficulties in the consolidation and strengthening of practices sensitive to their characteristics, particularities and vulnerabilities from both, an age and gender perspectives.
