Abstract

The issue of constitutional reform to allow indefinite reelection of the President is closely related to the unlimited power to appoint in our country that has the Executive Power. Re-election turn aroused a great public anxiety in Argentina for the attack that they pose to the republican form of government, especially if it is indefinite reelection. So we come here to analyze the root causes of anti-republican pressure involving indefinite reelection system.
