Abstract

This work aims to reflect on the positive and negative aspects that the access of boys and girls to the digital environment entails, based on some considerations indicated by the Committee on the Rights of the Child of the United Nations, in its recent Observation General nro. 25. In this sense, we will arrive at a series of proposals aimed at achieving the protection and safeguarding of the rights of these, against the various risks and dangers to which they are indefectibly exposed.
